Guide to download your E-Aadhar card

Aadhaar is an unique identification number that is valid across India for every individual. Over a period of time the use and necessity of Aadhaar has grown extensively.

The Aadhaar cards are useful for proving your address, proving your identity, and for many other purposes. But sometimes we often forget to take the PVC card or Aadhaar letter along with us.

To resolve this problem, we now have the e-Aadhaar facility. Let’s look at the details of e-Aadhaar.

E-Aadhar

What is an e-Aadhaar?

It is possible to forget our Aadhaar copy or, in the worst case scenario, we may even misplace it. The panic during those times is much more intense.

Now with the introduction of e-Aadhaar, these won’t be a problem anymore. All you have to do is download and have a copy on any of your devices.

e-Aadhaar is an electronic form of the physical form of aadhaar card. These e-Aadhaar’s can be downloaded from the UIDAI website, which is also digitally signed by the concerned authorities.

This form of aadhaar is no less different from the physical form and contains all information that is needed like,
